What is the cost of field survey?
Field charge inside Kathmandu Valley is Rs. 2,500 per visit. Tape survey costs Rs. 5,000 per Ropani. Additional charges apply for outside valley and digital surveys.
Do you provide construction supervision?
Yes, we offer on-site construction supervision services to ensure quality control, material testing, and adherence to design specifications.
Do you offer structural design for earthquake resistance?
Yes, we specialize in earthquake-resistant structural engineering. All our designs comply with Nepal's building codes and seismic safety standards.
What is the payment terms for design services?
Our payment terms are: 10% advance at project initiation, 40% after design approval, and 50% at slab casting day during construction.
Do you provide 3D visualization?
Yes, all our architectural design packages include high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs to help you visualize your project before construction begins.
What is your pricing structure for design services?
Our pricing varies based on project type and scope. For Normal Residence design starts at Rs. 1,00,000, Semi Commercial at Rs. 1,25,000, and Commercial at Rs. 1,75,000. Interior design is charged per square foot. Contact us for a detailed quote.
Do you handle municipality approval (Naksapass)?
Yes, we provide complete Naksapass facilitation services. We prepare all required documentation, coordinate with the municipality, and ensure timely approval of your building design.
